How do you ship?

We offer free shipping by USPS within the Continental US for orders over $50 (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii, please see international shipping info below). For deliveries under $50 and all deliveries to Canada shipping will be calculated during checkout.

We love USPS, but if you would like to arrange for another carrier, please let us know. Due to the laws about alcohol content, our fragrances can only be shipped by ground within the Continental US. Shipping times are 2 - 9 days, depending on distance.

Once your package is mailed, we will send you tracking and shipment information. Once the package has been delivered to the carrier, we are no longer liable for your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We are currently unable to ship outside the of the continent. We are working on changing that asap.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please try a sample first. Scent is a very personal experience and we recommend that you order a sample or smaller size of any scent before committing to a full-size bottle.
